Final phase of Niger Delta struggle for freedom is stirring at us, we must act now. ~~Hero Beremi

First of all, I want to pay my last respect to Captain Sam Owonaru (retd) who passed on today, he’s the last man standing of the 12 Day Revolution comrades of General Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro team for the struggle for the emancipation of Niger Delta region. Before I go further, there is something I learnt from my leader which I want to share with us on the difference between Armistice and Amnesty.

Amnesty: A pardon extended by the government to a group or class of people, usually for a political offense; the act of a sovereign power officially forgiving certain classes of people who are subject to trial but have not yet been convicted.

•Armistice: is a formal agreement of warring parties to stop fighting. It is not necessarily the end of a war, as it may constitute only a cessation of hostilities while an attempt is made to negotiate a lasting peace.

Now that I have been able to differentiate between AMNESTY and ARMISTICE, I would want to remind all who needs and care to know that Niger delta freedom fighter had an armistice agreement with Nigeria government not amnesty.

Example of amnesty is when a criminal is told to go free. We are freedom fighters not criminals, Niger Delta leaders and key players should take note of this.

Haven said that, did Niger Delta leaders and freedom fighters keep to the agreement YES, did the Nigeria state keep to her promises No. Then the big question is what is the way forward now?

INC is no where to be find, IYC our pride is almost a political party now. I call on Governor, Senator Douye Diri to swine into action and bring the Ijaw National Congress(INC) to life and the youth should make sure Ijaw Youth Congress(IYC) is restructure and rebuild, let them stay away from politics. I mean, bring back the lost glory and make it effective like the days of DR. Kingsley Kuku and DR Chris Ekiyor.

Our governors political appointees are less concern about this pain we are passing through in the hand of Nigeria state.
They are still mute, there is no unity and synergy between them in fight against injustices in the Niger Delta. We only see them coming together in the time of politics.

Just few days ago our statesman in the region in person of Elder Edwin E.K Clark wrote a serious open letter to the president expressing his displeasure about this injustices our people are facing, but people we called our leaders are still quiet.

Dr. Kingsley kuku always preach peace that when the region is peaceful development will come. Sir, Nigeria government does not want peace, we have been peaceful since 2010 till date, did the government fulfilled their promises? No, they only act when there is trouble.

I’m not here to preach violence but this is the kind of country we found ourselves. But we want to assure the Nigeria state that it will not be funny if things go the other way round.

I’m not in the best position to speak, so I use this medium to call on freedom fighters, youth leaders, traditional leaders, political leaders and other concern bodies in the Niger Delta to ask questions and act. A lot of things bothering our mind needs to be address before things get out of hand. Or are we waiting for Oduduwa and Biafra to share our territories among themselves before we will wake up????

Signed.

I Pray For God’s Mercy Before Hacking Into People’s Bank Accounts – Suspected Fraudster

Published

on

A27-year-old SIM card hacker, Ayoola Olalekan, has said that he usually begged for God’s mercy before hacking into his victims’ bank accounts.

Olalekan, arrested by the Osun State Police Command and paraded alongside a robbery syndicate, said he never used charms or incantations.

Google/cybercrime
According to Nation, Ayoola, who had been parading himself as a hip-hop artist, admitted being a hacker who withdrew money from his victims’ bank accounts using their SIM cards and bank verification numbers.

He said, “I dropped out when I was in Senior Secondary School, SS 2. My father took another wife, who was not treating me well, so I ran away from home. I then went to Lagos, where I was taught how to hack into people’s SIM cards and transfer money from their bank accounts.

“At a point, I went to learn aluminium, but I left the job to start this ‘Wire Wire job’ and it was paying me well. I got lots of money from the hacking job.

“There was a boy called Samuel. I didn’t know that he was into robbery. He called me one day that there was an iPhone 6X I needed to hack the SIM card. I went to meet him at Toll Gate in Ibadan. He told me that the phone had been with him for more than five days, that I needed to hack the SIM and transfer the money from the owner’s bank accounts.

“I checked the phone but I could not find any contact and the Bank Verification Number (BVN) of the victim. I logged into the iCloud account, but I could not find any clue to hack the bank account until I logged into the phone owner’s email address, where I saw the BVN. I input the BVN in my hacking software and saw the person’s name, date of birth and address. I registered the account and I started transferring his money from his bank accounts.”

The suspect said N500,000 was the highest amount of money he transferred at a go since he started his crime.

“I go to pastors and alfas (Muslim clerics) to pray. I go to mosques and churches to pray for God’s mercy before I start hacking into my victims’ bank accounts to withdraw their money. I have never done a charm in a herbalist’s house. I don’t have an incision on my body. It is not easy to get money. I never did any charm to hack into people’s accounts.

“If I go to a church and a mosque and the cleric asks me for my requests from God, I tell them that all I need is God’s mercy. I have faith in God’s mercy,” he said.
