Career
From high school, Rap Goddess harboured dreams of becoming a music artist. Her love for music was sparked in childhood, inspired by leading Hip-Hop and Gospel artists of the time. By her teenage years, she had started writing her own gospel songs and would perform her renditions of popular gospel tracks for her siblings. Rap Goddess began her musical journey in 2009, dedicating her free time to writing gospel songs in her bedroom and recording a few as an indie gospel artist.
As she evolved creatively, Rap Goddess transitioned from gospel to Hip Hop in 2011, marking the start of her career as a rapper. She has since honed her skills through underground rap battles and studio sessions. She frequently visits local studios and collaborates with producers and A&Rs to perfect her craft. Over the years, she has released several mixtapes, building a loyal fanbase within her community.
After much anticipation, Rap Goddess released her debut album, Big Motion, on April 14th, 2024. This 7-track project has been a massive hit in the Hip-Hop scene, achieving impressive streaming numbers and gaining extensive airplay across radio stations in North America, Europe, and Africa.
