Real Madrid to sign Chelsea’s goalkeeper in January

Without much doubts, Chelsea football club were one of the few busy Premier League clubs during the summer transfer window before it was shut last month.

The West London remain keen on achieving more success under the management of Thomas Tuchel and have splashed the cash to sign Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan during the summer.

However, that has quite worked out so well as Chelsea are currently on top of the Premier League table after taking up 22 points from the nine league matches they have played so far.And despite their current good run of form, the Blues could now be rocked with reports that experienced goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is interested in leaving the club next year.

The 27-year-old Spain International, who departed Athletic Bilbao to join Chelsea in 2018 has so far failed to live up to expectations at the club.

The experienced shot-stopper failed to nail down a starting position last season, making just 14 appearances in all competitions no thanks to the arrival of Edouard Mendy from Rennes.

Kepa Arrizabalaga still remains the Number 2 goalkeeper for Chelsea this season and has only made just three appearances in all competitions so far.

It is believed that the goalkeeper is disappointed with the lack of regular playing time at Chelsea and he could be prioritising a move away when the transfer window opens.

And according to reports from The Sun, Serie A giants Juventus are keen on signing Kepa Arrizabalaga as a suitable replacement for current goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny next season.

It is believed that manager Massimiliano Allegri is keen on improving his goalkeeping options and has identified Kepa Arrizabalaga as a needed addition to the squad.

That said, it remains to ve seen if Kepa Arrizabalaga will continue to fight for a starting position at Chelsea or consider a move to Italy when the transfer window opens.
