According to Nasir, Vladimir Putin has given Russians two Options , its either they stay home for two weeks or they go to Jail for five years .
To add up to the heat , Vladimir Putin has allegedly deployed 800 Tigers and Lions to force people to stay home now that Russia has confirmed 253 people infected with Coronavirus .
