Nollywood star, Funke Akindele may be brought to court today. She will be charged at around 11 a.m., before Ogba Magistrate Court 1.
The investigative team will be from Public Prosecution Directorate (DPP).
On Saturday, Akindele organized a house party to celebrate the birthday of her husband JJC at her residence in Amen Estate Ibeju-Lekki in Lagos, including some of the dignitaries attending the gathering; Naira Marley, Rasheed Gbadamosi, among others, aspiring former Lagos state governorship.
Last week, the Federal Government ordered a complete lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19 for residents of Lagos, Abuja and Ogun states.
