The songwriter had in 2014, won the Airtel One Mic talent show held in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Towards the end of 2018, Zlatan, who also doubles as a dancer released a single titled “Zanku”, with a new dance routine of the same name.
Since Zlatan’s emergence with the Zanku sound in the latter part of 2018, he has become the new ‘flava of the town’, but many have predicted he will fade away with time.
Yearly, there has been a wild increase in the breakout of artistes from the streets into the mainstream.
The fame came, deals were signed, collaborations that happened in their minds were translated to real life moments and however, the sound faded. The industry moves on.
But Zlatan, in an Instagram post on Friday, Today, said he is here to stay, saying he is “Forever grateful to the fact that I wasn’t just winning alone but as well winning with my entire crew members , can’t count the tremendous amount of growth within the entire crew.
“The plate is enough to go round in the success game so why not share…..”He said.
In another instagram posted uploaded immediately after that the singer said; “I have the screenshot of those who said he would fade off before December.”
